Our 6th visit and we will be back! This is a very good way of vacation hotel stay.

The hotel is great and with a very service minded and helpful staff. Our balcony had sunshine almost all day!

A very decent quality/price ration

This hotel offers a good quality/price ratio. It’s conveniently located, it has all the necessary facilities, the staff is really nice and welcoming. The food was great, we were pleasantly surprised by the variety and with good quality and taste. You also have a great rooftop bar, where you can sit enjoying a beautiful view while sipping your drink. I would definitely recommend it for a budget-friendly stay.

The interior of the room might seem a bit weird as you have toilet and shower right in front of the bed behind glass doors. It may be uncomfortable for most people. However, there is an option to pay extra for a bigger room, which may partially fix this issue. The cleanliness was also not perfect, as the floors were sticky sometimes and you could find previous guests’ hair in the shower. But overall everything was fine.

Good location and nice hotel

Both breakfast and the buffet dinner were very good indeed. The Sky Bar was good although the background music was too loud

I’m not a fan of the bathroom being almost in the bedroom. The sink was and the shower and toilet were both behind semi obscure glass doors. What’s happened to privacy?

Great short stay and close to Palma. Buses really regular to all locations.

Great hotel that was surprisingly modern. Typical buffet food which was ok one night and good the next. Staff were really lovely and worked really hard! We liked that they left prosecco and chocolates in our room for our first anniversary, really nice touch.

The location was far enough away from the awful strip of German bars at the end of the beach but it was still close enough to know it was there. We weren't expecting the level of 'that sort of tourist' :)

Lovely Hotel just needs sufficient lift capacity and heated pools.

The food was good and the staff were very helpful and friendly and my room was cleaned every day.

The big problem with this hotel was the lifts, there were only 2 small lifts with a maximum of 4 people in each and for the size of the hotel and the amount of guests it was a big problem and to make things worse one of the lifts was out of order the full time I was there which was 5 days. Also both of the pools were absolutely freezing I didn't see anyone actually going into any of them except to dip their feet.

What was the highlight of HSM Son Veri Mallorca

High quality 3* hotel with sea view

We had a nice room equipped with a balcony and sea view. There is a bus stop just in front of the hotel and the capital city is 15-20 minutes away. Several restaurants, bars, shops can be found nearby. There are two pools, and the beach is only a few minutes away. Staff is really helpful, the meals were various and rich, we really enjoyed them!

The elevators are small, one of them wasn't working for a day.

Great for the price!

The hotel was relatively close to the beach. About a 7 minute walk down the slopes. We only stayed for 2 days, so it is hard to say about the variety of food, but we were quite satisfied with the taste. Helpful reception. 2 elevators for 11 floors is a small problem but we were lucky to get room on the 2d floor. The room was new but the bathroom design is questionable if you are traveling with friends for example

There was a wide gap between the shower door and the glass partition, so we had a flood on the floor after every shower. Maybe it was only in our room

Overall it's a really good location, nice, clean hotel that's great value for money.

Good variety of food at breakfast and dinner. Location is pretty good for buses and for the beach being a short walk away. There's also a roof top bar to see the sunset from.

Beds were a bit hard. Food labelling was a bit hit and miss with no ingredient or calorific details. Sometimes the fruit was a bit hard or was frozen. Have to pay extra to use the room safe plus a deposit for the remote (which in our case didn't work!)

breakfast,dinner,view, closeness to the beach, friendly staff, easy check-in

fridge is only included in the premium rooms(which was not mentioned), the pillows were not the best neither the bedsheets but overall pretty good.

Wonderful

Me and my husband stayed seven nights at HSM Son Veri during October. Very nice 3star hotel. We had Superior room that is very large and cozy. Stuff was frendly! Food was fine, we always found something for eat. Great location. Beach is near and there is bus station right in front of the hotel. Parking around hotel is mostly free. It was quiet during nights. We did not have any problems and negative experiences (I read some bad reviews, but non of them was true for us). Meet our expectations for 3star hotel.

Bathroom needs some refreshments and renovations, but it was big and cleaned every day.

The bathroom and toilet design in the room.It's all glass, there's no normal door, and the water always spills out of the shower.
